GENI Tutorial
The 22nd Global Environment for Network Innovators (GENI) Engineering Conference (GEC22) and US Ignite Application Summit will be hosted by the George Washington University, March 23-26, 2015. GENI Engineering Conferences (GEC) are regular open working meetings where researchers, developers, industrial and international partners and the GENI Project Office meet to advance infrastructure planning and prototyping for the GENI project.
As a part of GEC22, Cisco Systems is sponsoring a student competition. The competition at the GEC22 aims to discover, develop and encourage talent in developing innovative applications. GENI provides a virtual laboratory for networking and distributed systems research and education. It is well suited for exploring networks at scale, thereby promoting innovations in network science, security, services and applications.
If you are interested in participating in the student competition, please attend the GENI Tutorial on Monday, January 26th, 2015 to learn more about creating and launching GENI apps. For more information about the competition, please visit www.caaren.org/GEC22_competition.
If you are interested in attending the tutorial, please sign up by emailing Grace Liu at [email protected] by Saturday, January 24th, 2015. If you have specific questions about GENI, please email [email protected].
